It needs regular watering and sunlight to blossom. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Why Mental Health Matters<\/h2>\n<p>Your mental health is foundational to your overall well-being. It influences every aspect of your life through your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. <\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t wait until we&#8217;re hungry to start making food, right? We begin preparing earlier, knowing we&#8217;ll get hungry eventually. It&#8217;s the same with our minds. Your mental health can\u2019t heal overnight. That means you can\u2019t just practice self-care once and expect everything to be okay.
