Why?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Who is someone you need to forgive?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>How are you practicing self-care daily?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What are the things about yourself that you are proud of?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If you could tell someone anything under the sky, what would that be and to who?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What is one thing you need to work on yourself?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If you could write five affirmations for yourself, what would those be?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Tell something positive to your inner self-critic<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>If you could go back in time and relive an experience, what would that be?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What do you love being complimented on?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What are some of your favorite movies?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What can be improved in your life right now?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>What is that one thing that you have been thinking of starting for a long time but could not start?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Are you willing to start it now?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Whom are you closest to?
